Leading general practice law firm is seeking a Junior level to Senior level Corporate Finance Attorney for their Denver office. Firm offers work-life balance, collegial work setting and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:
Experience with entity formation, including structuring, drafting and negotiating operating agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate formation documents, as well as preparation of incentive plans and other equity compensation arrangements
Experience in equity financing including capital raises, private placements, and representation of private equity clients in the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements and subscription documents for investment funds
Excellent writing, communication, analytical and legal research skills
2-10 years of experience
Admission to Colorado Bar

Salary range $190,000 - $250,000 DOE + Generous Benefits
