Leading full-service firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law for their Orange County office. You will enjoy low billable requirements, and work at a firm that promotes and values a supportive work culture. This is an equity partnership track position with excellent compensation and bonus structure!

The ideal candidate will have litigation experience who can research, write briefs, and handle discovery tasks. Patent litigation or patent bar is a plus, but not required. Their IP group works with clients in the technology, life sciences, financial services, computer software products, and consumer products sector.

Base salary ranges 180-230k + Bonuses + Full benefits package including unlimited PTO and 401k
