Leading full-service firm is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Litigation Attorney for their Product Liability Practice Group. Ideal candidate will have several years of Product Liability or Personal Injury Defense experience. Option to work in their Orange County or Los Angeles offices. You will enjoy low billable requirements, and work at a firm that promotes and values a supportive work culture. You will also get hands-on experience and have the opportunity to work on high stakes litigation and high profile class action matters.

This is an equity partnership track position with excellent compensation and bonus structure! Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:
- Strong research and writing skills
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Liability or Personal Injury
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in California

Base salary 180k-250k + bonuses + Full benefits package including unlimited PTO and 401k
